Addisons Productivity Solutions bookkeepers work closely with your business.  Our role typically includes working with you to understand the day to day operations.   Work with you to improve operational systems based on the right technology solutions.  We sometimes use the title “Integrated Business Systems Managers” as we use our add-on product knowledge and expertise in the software to evaluate whether you need a niche add-on product to be added to your core technology.  We keep a careful eye on the features that are needed and the cost of implementing any technology.  Too many times we see 3 or 4 add-on products (costing several monthly subscriptions) where one core product can do the job.  

For some business “historic data collation” is all you require.  We use and recommend the best bank feed technology to automate this process.  Our role for most businesses is to use the software to automate the day to day business operations.  We consider what efficient time saving processes could assist you to do what you want to do, which typically is not the record keeping.  We evaluate what bank feeds work for you, we look at what Invoice processing (possibly ocr) software works for you, we assist in the efficient process for generating and delivering sales invoices and providing the best payment gateways to anable quick payment from your clients.
