0402. Impacted Budget: Actual YTD + Budget = Likely end of year result

How are we going and what will this year look like based on YTD & Budget At any stage throughout the year, how does the current year compare to budget so far, but more importantly if we look at the current result and add the budget entered into MYOB what is the year going to look like at the end.

This report provides a full Profit & Loss Report for the whole of the year up to the month specified, it provides the budget YTD to compare to however the main point is to take actual results so far, add them to the budget that remains and see what the year will look like.

This report has been requested by accountants as being especially useful to assess the likely profit for the end of the year.

The columns of the report are: Account Name - YTD Budget - YTD Actual - Budget Remaining - Estimated End of Year Position

This report combines several of the standard MYOB reports and rather than manipulating it in excel each month, use this to streamline the process.

The report licence allows installation to one machine only but any datafile may be accessed from that machine.

You MUST have MYOB Business Analyst to use this report.
