0305: Profit & Loss Report - This month compared to budget and Year to Date compared to budget YTD

This report provides a full Profit & Loss Report for any month of the current year specified, it compares those results to the Budget for that Month and provides a $ difference; it also reports current Year to Date results, compared to Budget YTD and provides the $ difference.

This report is especially useful as a management tool to assess this years performance against the benchmark set as a Budget in MYOB.

The columns of the report are: Account Name - Selected Month - Budget - $ Diff - YTD - YTD Budget- $ Diff

This report combines two of the standard MYOB reports and rather than manipulating it in excel each month, use this to streamline the process.

The report licence allows installation to one machine only but any datafile may be accessed from that machine.

You MUST have MYOB Business Analyst to use this report.
