Using MYOB Business Analyst; this report will provide a full Profit & Loss Report for any month of the current year specified, it compares those results to the full results for last year and provides a % result for how much of last years amount has been achieved or absorbed already this year.
This report is especially useful as a management tool to assess this years performance.
The columns of the report are: Account Name - Selected Month - YTD - Last Year (Full$)- Diff YTD to Last Year (Full) in $
Useful for those businesses that want to use last year as a benchmark and dont have a budget to compare to.
The report licence allows installation to one machine only but any datafile may be accessed from that machine. You MUST have MYOB Business Analyst to use this report.
